Vanne de contrôle volumétrique à rampe commune (VCV)

La VCV (Volume Control Valve) est un actionneur clé à commande électronique dans le système de carburant diesel à rampe commune haute pression. Il est principalement installé du côté entrée de carburant (basse pression) de la pompe à carburant haute pression pour réguler la quantité de carburant entrant dans la chambre de compression de la pompe. En contrôlant le débit de carburant de la pompe haute pression, il permet une régulation précise de la pression de la rampe commune.

Précision de contrôle élevée : régule avec précision le carburant fourni à la pompe haute pression, minimisant les fluctuations de pression de la rampe commune pour des performances de moteur plus stables et un meilleur rendement énergétique.

Réponse rapide : répond rapidement aux commandes de l'ECU avec un actionnement au niveau de la milliseconde, offrant de meilleures performances d'accélération et des transitions plus fluides dans diverses conditions de fonctionnement.

Contrôle de débit stable : maintient un débit de carburant constant dans toutes les conditions de fonctionnement, garantissant un ralenti stable et un approvisionnement en carburant suffisant dans des conditions de fonctionnement à charge élevée.
